Mr. Fidelis Ashibekong Ukpanukpong , was employed as am academic Staff into the Department of Contuing Education and Development Studies (industral and Labour Education Unit),University of Calabar in 2018 as an Assistant Lecturer. He attended the University of Calabar , where he Obtained DAE(industrial and Labour Education) in 2002 and B.Ed(industrial and Labour Education) in 2002 respectively.He also holds M.Ed(Educational Administration and Planning) in 2016 from the National Open University of Nigeria.
